Facebookとの攻防が一か月余り続いて、その顛末をなるべく正直に書こうと思う。
実は10年前ぐらい？2016年頃か、忘れたが、その頃Facebookのアカウントを持っていたが、
大学時代の友人との関係が悪化したので、Mixiを含めSNSを全部辞めた。
それからTwitterを主に使っていたのだが、つい一か月前ぐらい、
Facebookをやろうかと思ったのである。
Facebookは、久しぶりにアカウントを作り直したという事もあって、
僕のアカウントに対するチェックが厳しく、
ページIDを参照しようとブラウザでアドレスを叩いたところ、
そこから急に、Facebookの機嫌が悪くなった。
何度もアカウントを停められ、そのたびにIDを送って復活、
そしてアカウント再度停止の繰り返しである。
これでは辛抱できない、と思い、
個人情報保護法委員会などにも問い合わせてみたのだが、
少なくとも窓口の見解は「違法性なし」であった。
しょうがないので、Facebook日本法人に、
簡易書留の速達で、名前と電話番号、メールアドレスを記載して、
僕はアカウントの復活を訴えた。
それが到着したのが今日の午前中で、
今、正午、アカウントの復活を確認。
また停止されたら元の木阿弥なので、
すぐにアカウント削除のリンクを踏む。
まさか、手紙が効力を発揮するとは思わなかったが、
これは僕の場合で、他人の経験談を鵜呑みにして
その通りにしてやると、痛い目に遭う。
僕が最初に叩いたアドレスも正にそうで、
恐らくその操作で「ハッカー」のタグ付けをされて
しまっているような気がするのである。
新しいSNSも出てきているようだが、
僕は、SNSは、もう、Twitterだけで充分だ。
Twitterは逆に、「自由」が売りで、
アダルトから差別的な内容まで、
多少、規制はあるが、おとなしくしているユーザに
このような仕打ちをしたりはしない。
そういう話です。
